Giselle, I am guilty of not checking on your blog like I usually do, haven't been on the internet much lately but I'm back. First of all what beautiful garlic definitely makes me very hungry and anxious to cook with garlic especially since I love garlic. As for the video you did, all I can say is excellent, you keep getting better and better with your videos quite exciting to watch. Keep up the good work you are definitely good at what you do, no excuse me your great at what you do !!!!!!!

Your garlic is ALMOST as gorgeous as you, Giselle!

Check out this recipe I found in the New York Times today: http://www.nytimes.com/2011/07/20/dining/provencal-garlic-soup-with-poached-egg-recipe.html

It may be a new way to enjoy your harvest!

Better late then never, right? Finally checked in on your blog again, beautiful picture - so serene. Sounds like it was a fabulous trip for you two and the best part is you stopped by your mothers Alma Mater CHICO; great town, a lot like Portland (greenery etc). I enjoyed my school years there. Keep up the good work on your blog, it's always quite refreshing to read it.

Friend! What a lovely blog, I'm really impressed. Your photos are beautiful, as well. Definitely going to spread this around. I would say our impromptu nacho night was a success too, yes? Can we plan a date for recipe transmission? I'm feelin' a little green-onion-pancake-y.
Love,
